D&S Elite Construction, Inc. is proud to announce five new team members.

Harry Snyder III: Assistant Project Manager, Julie Reinert: Controller & Office Manager, Craig Schafer: Estimator, Amy Wiest: Project Manager, and Anthony Zinno: Superintendent.

As Assistant Project Manager, Synder is involved in estimating and supporting the team across multiple phases of construction projects.

As a recent civil engineering graduate, Snyder brings enthusiasm and a willingness to learn, and he’s eager to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of construction types. Originally planning to study architecture at Penn State, Snyder pivoted to civil engineering—an exciting shift that laid the foundation for his career in the building industry.

As Controller & Office Manager, Reinert brings a strong professional skill set to the team and is most excited to grow her knowledge of the construction industry while supporting the company’s collaborative and people-first culture.

Reinert was drawn to D&S Elite Construction, Inc. by the company’s genuine commitment to customer satisfaction—something she views as a clear differentiator in the industry.

As Estimator, Schafer brings extensive industry experience and is looking forward to contributing his insights to a company known for transparency and project excellence.

As Project Manager, Wiest manages capital projects and facilities maintenance with a thoughtful, precision-based approach rooted in both technical knowledge and creative problem-solving.

hands-on and people are valued. She believes the company stands out in the industry for its integrity, client focus, and relentless pursuit of excellence.

As Superintendent, Zinno oversees work at American Crane Corp. and residential projects. With years of experience in the field and a passion for leadership, Zinno is proud to contribute to the next generation of a legacy driven construction company.
