Joseph M. Delibertis
President
Joe founded D&S Elite Construction, Inc. in 2008 after more than 25 years in the industry. His leadership drives the company’s commitment to quality, integrity, and client satisfaction.
He began his career at just 10 years old, working alongside his father as a carpenter’s helper. After earning his degree in Building Construction from Pennsylvania College of Technology, Joe gained hands-on experience as a foreman, superintendent, project manager, and partner in a multi-million-dollar firm before launching D&S Elite Construction, Inc.
Today, he leads with the same dedication to craftsmanship and collaboration that has defined his career.
Allen Butler
Vice President of Construction
As Vice President of Construction, Allen oversees D&S Elite Construction, Inc.’s residential project portfolio, working closely with clients, design professionals, and trade partners to deliver exceptional results.
Allen began his career in finish carpentry, spending over 15 years perfecting his craft in some of southeastern Pennsylvania’s most prestigious homes. His hands-on experience and deep appreciation for fine craftsmanship shape his leadership approach today—bridging the gap between design and execution with precision and care.
